Pros

There are some wonderful staff that work at iSystems. The new building is a great place to work. It is dog friendly. A capable CFO was hired to drive the financial objectives of the organization. It is a challenging place to work, but iSystems has great products and customers.

Cons

Executive management team is indecisive and decisions often made beyond the point where they can be effective. No one is held accountable and often blame is assigned where it does not belong. Failure to obtain revenue equals lmajor cost reductions. As much as this is unavoidable to ensure financial health, sales staff should be placed on PIP, and sales executives should be held accountable for bad sales planning. Commitments made are often not achievable and can therefore not be upheld. There is a massive blame culture when objectives cannot be met. HR is unprofessional, part of the blame culture, share confidences and spread rumors. Work life balance is supposed to be great, however, many staff members are in fact working very long hours and have no work life balance.
