Pros

You have to learn everything. People leave very fast, so they give you big projects to do even if you are very new.

Cons

Pay is very low, about 1/3 of average pay. Lots of OT, extra hours, etc. Too much people politics. Lots of people talking, none of them doing the thing. You don't know who's who. Serious micro management, flat management. CEO manages everything. But the management is too old, they don't understand lots of new concepts. They want return but they don't want to invest.
