Initially, I don't have much clarity about AEM & i thought to go with JAVA developer role,But this management managed well me to understand about the AEM concepts first & trained me well for the same. Sometime you need to understand recruiter point of view also,I may taken time to understand but they placed me well within two months of period.

Maybe the time: Initially they said , will place you in 4-5 weeks but finally it took me to 8 week for the complete process. I do suggest, go to in-house training for better result & pay.
