Not a safe environment for women - Receptionist ibis Employee Review

My experience at Ibis Style Bercy (Ex All Seasons) which was overall good , was stained by a sexual assault which occured in 2009 during a staff party. I was at that time a young trainee and when I tried to escalate this issue to my management, my training manager M.S yelled at me and blamed me for having " looked for it , and failed to established distance with my colleague". Please note M.S is a woman.
