Pros
The people work hard. If you want to have no work life balance and constant stress, this is the place for you. You'll bond with your fellow co-workers because it's like being on the front lines in a war zone together.
Cons
The company has been struggling for years to transform itself and the struggle continues. BCBS Michigan has it's work cut out for it to get value out of ika, to put structure into place and get the company working rather than hourly, daily fighting fires to get crashing environments back up and maintain systems running.
