Cons
I’m writing this because job seekers deserve the raw truth. If you see an influx of 5-star reviews for this company, ignore them—they are manufactured by HR and are 100% disingenuous. No actual employee would write such fake, corporate-coded praise. The current 2.8-star rating is generous; based on the internal reality, this place barely deserves a 1.8. Here is the truth about working here: Multiple layoffs and hiring and firing again and again... The Transaction is One-Way: The company pays well below the industry average. Because of this, don’t expect employees to "go the extra mile." There is no professional growth, no salary progression, and no recognition for high performance. They treat us like disposable tools, so we have stopped viewing this as anything more than a transactional, "pay-the-bills" gig. The "Chill" vs. The Burnout: The job is relatively "chill" most of the time, except for the heavy, high-pressure spikes. Because the company refuses to pay competitive wages or invest in actual mentorship, the logical response from staff is to put in exactly the amount of effort we are paid for—and not a second more. Performative Engagement: Management spends too much time forcing "culture," "engagement," and "fake fun." We are here for the paycheck, not for a "family" culture that doesn't actually exist. Management’s Disconnect: Leadership is largely checked out. They don’t nurture talent or quantify value; they only care about hitting deadlines. Most of the "OG" managers are only in their seats because they have been here since the founding days—they lack any real management knowledge and are impossible to move. If you want a manager who cares about your future, you won't find one here. Exclusionary Culture: The office is fragmented by insular cliques. If you aren't part of the "in-group" (who prioritize hiring and socializing only within their own circles), you are treated like air. It’s an environment that lacks basic professional respect and cohesion.
