Great group of people! Very supportive environment, and some unique benefits. They take our opinions and ideas into account, and have open book financing. Fair pay, not micromanaged, and given leeway to find a new position if it's not working out.

Depends on the role - if you are in sales and need a mentor in person, this wouldn't work well as the sales managers are in other states.

There is too much good to be able to put here but the short of it is this place is great to work. They know they are not perfect but they take ideas from all to make it better and that is so refreshing. Everyone is open and honest and from the interview process I went through to onboarding to getting going has been exceptional.

The culture may not be for everyone if you don’t like positivity and openness. For me it is a great fit
