      Pros

      improvIT has a stimulating working environment that appraises tech talent and encourages taking initiatives. Team spirit is what I like in improvIT, no matter how big or small a project decision is, everybody get to say their opinion. Management is always supportive and treats employees with respect. All in all, a good working experience so far.

      Cons

      Working hours sometimes get a little long, as in any a software / tech industry company these days I assume.

      Pros

      Pay can be very good. Annual raise matches performance. Good environment and people. 3 days remote. Good management and trust on employees.

      Cons

      8,5 work hours with half an hour for break. High performance expectations. Too specialized (Minimal standard SAP usage)
