Cons

- zero onboarding. Laptop on table and figure it out attitude. - insiders protect themselves and even though people are brought on for growth, they resist change - there’s an “in crowd” and you won’t be invited. Same people run same stuff - constantly changing priorities. Literally day to day. Don’t invest yourself in anything, because it will never happen - disgusting attitude and treatment by CRO. He is a problem but he’s in the “in crowd” - dumbest all hands I’ve ever been a part of. Learn nothing, get zero insights. Check the box kind of process. - Founders are completely full of themselves and only talk about themselves - Truly toxic organization

-Very limited onboarding, training, or structured ramp, especially for emerging markets -Success often depends heavily on having a pre-existing network of restaurant operators -Minimal guidance or enablement, with feedback often limited to “get it done” rather than actionable support -Expectations are high, but the path to achieving them can feel unclear -Leadership frequently speaks negatively about former and sometimes current employees, which creates an environment that can feel unsafe and erodes trust -Operators’ receptiveness varies widely by market, and in some regions the model can be difficult to make resonate
