Oh, here we go:
- Small company. No set business processes. Things are all over the place.
- As a new hire, you are expected to find your own way and resources. No hand holding. No official training period. Different people have different expectations. The people who work here are fake. Will throw you under the bus any change they get. One of the absolute worst places to work for. Definitely a slave shop. Some consistency is good. Benefits are pathetic. No unlimited overtime. FYI - Do not let the recruiter you talk to sell this company to you because that's their job. From day one - I knew I was going to jump ship. Casing point - For anyone joining this firm (if that's even the right word for this dump) - Don't. You'd regret it. There's so many places that are better. Recruiters are also writing up positive reviews on this site, but do the math - I didn't look at glassdoor before joining but oh I wish that I did. I repeat - Run! This place is horrid! And most of the people here are wack. They will say something behind you back, instead of just saying it to your face - why? B/C they are scared of confrontation.
