      Family oriented and really takes care of the employees, while focusing on everyones success and wellbeing. The employees and clients are always placed before the bottom line.

      Cons

      Fast paced work environment could be a con for some. This company is not for you if you don’t want to be pushed and challenged to grow and develop your career further.

      Working at Inecta has been a great experience, with management and technical leads that drive to help you develop and move into a career path that you're looking for. Inecta is completely remote, and with an incredibly competitive salary, as well as some of the most friendly and caring coworkers one could ask for.
