Pros
Diverse, room for growth and they provide good training. I really honed my leadership and professional skills with the exposure to the business world. Management is supportive and want to see you succeed. If you're motivated to learn and grow, this is a great opportunity.
Cons
Lots of entitled people working there who seem more interested in causing trouble than developing themselves. Pack mentality. It's not management's responsibility to hold your hand, take initiative. I felt like they are often unfairly targeted and it was awkward when team members try to suck you into the drama. Management seems frazzled and overworked sometimes. The hybrid work can be isolating and I definitely learned more during in office days.
