Cons
I successfully passed the recruitment process, after which everything came to a standstill - no response and no real work. Low level of communication.
I got the impression that employees operate in a hassle culture: the feedback I received bluntly indicates that the company tries to impose its way of working on employees by telling them that they are not ambitious enough (read: they are not developing as the employer would like).
This leads me to believe that the company culture clearly does not help anyone understand that ambition is not a positive trait. However, if you feel not enough, and you operate on the principles of constant improvement and raising the bar to endlessly prove your worth to the world until you drop dead, then a culture like this might be the place for you.
