Pros
Do not even have a single pro. They laid off 50% of the org already. They are about to shut shop. Even if they try to share an opening, I strongly advise not to even consider applying. Read all the reviews on all possible portals.
Cons
1. Management has too many bossy attitude people. The head of engineering asks people to read AI-written 30 page spec docs and expect people to ship it in next 24 hours. These are the kind of engineering practices that they follow. 2. No architectural discussions happen. Or they are not even encouraged, at the pace they expect products to be deployed. 3. Because of these engineering management decisions, too many bugs and patch releases happen. Managers do not take any kind of accountability at all. They expect people to work on fixes and features together. No one cares about how you do it. They expect the release to happen. Thats all. 4. Zero transparency around any management decisions. Townhalls do not happen. They happen once a year if at all, they want to market any new launch. It's not about employee engagement at all. 5. No one-on-ones happen with direct managers. Managers exist to scare people of deadlines. Zero difference between EM & TPM in fact! So don't expect any career growth at all. 6. People's slack profiles get deactivated in minutes and their accesses gone any time. Expect zero empathy. 7. Head of Engineering can schedule early morning or late night calls just 15 min before. Everyone is expected to join right away. Expect zero work life balance.
