- bad merger ruined the culture in the Tick42 company, that was a great place to work at
Cons
- at the merger 6 months ago, the CTO left (he was the inspiration and leader for most of the technical employees in the company) and people were let go - 6 months after the merger, following an unsuccessful integration, lack of process and vision by the management, a huge wave of layoffs happened right before Christmas - people who are left expect to be the next soon, morale is low - management is not investing in people - there are less money for promotions to match the increased workload and worsening conditions
