I wish there was more autonomy and trust when people mess up. Admittedly, I made a couple of mistakes and felt that my PM was giving me more directions than I like. There is a mix of interesting clients but a lot of the CROs want to land the big name clients. Would love a more clear bonus structure.

As with most agencies, it can be stressful at times due to tight deadlines and high client expectations. Not every developer will enjoy the work. There is a lot to learn during the first couple of months. Invesp uses a proprietery framework. But development leads provide great support.
