      La direction favorisait la toxicité. Certains managers estiment que leur travail consiste à vous surveiller en permanence, à vous rappeler constamment le règlement interne, à vous interviewer au moins deux fois par jour et à vous sous-estimer si vous n’avez pas terminé un travail (travail nécessitant au moins deux jours). Vous devez rester 9 heures au bureau avec une pause déjeuner de 30 minutes.
