Pros

IonHealthcare took a chance on hiring me as a new coder two years ago. The QA team and administration have gone above and beyond coaching me and training me in each of the projects. The quality of coding they expect from their coders is very high, but this is why they are the very best in their field. They are always available to answer questions when I have them and have developed an excellent system to answer questions. Any great coder knows the guidelines are always changing and it takes a team of professionals working together to stay alert and on top of the changes. The QA team does an outstanding job of keeping coders informed on recent updates, new guidelines, and clarifications on coding scenarios. My experience with this company has been phenomenal and I am looking forward to a long career working with this team of professionals.

Cons

Communication with remote coders will always be a tension to be managed in an extremely fast-paced work environment with the enormous amount of remote coders on this team. Administration works extremely hard to keep everyone informed as the client needs arise.
