They work in silos. - Trying to become 'agile' while remaining very hierarchical and bureaucratic. - Highly toxic working environment. - Lack of leadership. - High turnover. - The company wants to be a start-up, but there are no start-up vibes. New ideas with old fashioned management, which limits growth and innovation. - Notable lack of transparency on senior levels, which fosters a bad team spirit. - Preferential treatment based on personal relationships. - Too much pressure with long hours - No salary increase even due to inflation. - Blaming culture, you need to watch your back all the time. - Continuous decline in working environment (the work place is getting worse every year).
