Complicated culture and org - Anonymous employee ironSource Employee Review

Chaotic year - several mergers ongoing, which means.. -Lot of office politics at the moment. -Silent layoffs - every week, a few people disappear (in acquired companies..). -Uncertainty for teams in acquired companies. It's not easy to keep your cool when every week some people go. The change in work culture has been difficult for acquired teams. The company is laser-focused on corporate goals and clearly this is not a people-first company. A lot is asked from teams (for yesterday - work/life balance is not a consideration here), but managerial support is not there (your requests to management get ignored or answered a lot later...). It's also very difficult for teams not located in Israel to get any say, power, on anything. If you are not part of the old guard in Tel-Aviv, you are no-one here.
