+ Human quality is very high, there are high standards for getting in and it's wonderful to work with Senior people. + Competitive salaries and nice RSUs grant

- Not much employee benefits, the 10Bis value is the lowest ive seen. - There are some people that in IS for many years and they got the manager job with mo management knowledge at all, those people damage the quality of the product and the joy of many employees from their work
