Pros

The products are exciting! They're telling the truth when they say "All natural" products.... When you read the ingredients it's the same as any other products you can find in a store. "Hair skin and nails" had biotin and a couple multi-vitamins you can get at the drug store for a fraction of the price. All natural, fun products, but may not give the results you're looking for.

Cons

You pay $130 as a start up fee to get this box with 4 wrap samples & papers. They PUSH PUSH PUSH you to make sales!! That's how you get promoted. You make commission, and get whatever came in your box... Here's the trick... On top of the &130 +shipping you paid to start, they charge $20 to your account every month. That wasn't in the fine print when I signed up. Products are hard to sell because everyone is selling them AND they're ridiculously expensive. Best part!! Whatever you sell, the person you signed under (your boss) makes that profit and you get about 5% of that. if you get customers, they become angry at you because their products didn't work as well as they hoped (shocker) and their account gets charged every month because they're in the system and don't know how to cancel.

Pros

Lots of positive energy amongst active distributors; Lots of support from other distributors--this is where most of the training and information comes from; Potential to earn large bonuses; Stress-free, almost maintenance free website for minimal cost; Quality product.

Cons

"Business builder kit" that must be purchased at sign-on contains very minimal supplies, mostly designed to convince the new distributor to purchase more things; Distributors are treated like customers by corporate customer service; There is virtually no training and no documentation regarding managing the website that is your person portal to sales; It is VERY hard to keep up levels of sales and recruiting in order to actually collect bonuses after they are earned.
