      Great culture. Good people. Good product.

      Low pay. No 401k match. Benefits were not great. Was hard to get them to pay out bonuses.

      Great people. Great company culture

      Cons

      Sanoma company culture was poor. Sanoma had a very poor attitude towards the US and the US market, which became apparent when they shut down the market which also contained their largest customer.
