      I enjoyed the nature of my job and had great coworkers. The product is one of a kind and traveling to other hospitals was rewarding

      Leadership was unwilling to help and hear needs in order to close business

      Great up and coming company in the Hampton Roads Area with lots of growth potential.

      Cons

      No performance based year-end bonus. However, stock options are generous.

      Pros

      Be part of a team that is unified and passionate about improving the lives of patients around the world. It is awesome knowing that all your time and effort is making a difference. Join with an amazing group of people here who are easy to work with and a joy to be around. Able to become involved in a number of different, sometimes unexpected, departments. There are always opportunities to learn something new. Trusted to complete tasks without being micromanaged.

      Cons

      If you need to use I-64 to get to and from work, the traffic can be a nightmare.
