Pros

Was once an environment where development and employee satisfaction was rewarded meaning it was a place I was proud to work in and learned lots.

Cons

Now it’s a place where employees are just treated as a number and I no longer feel part of a community. I would avoid. Some people are great, but those high up don’t seem to care anymore.

Stable hours, consistent schedule, decent health benefits for full-time employees, good coworker camaraderie on the floor

Cons

Management is disconnected from day-to-day operations, advancement feels slow and political, high turnover makes it hard to build a solid team, pay doesn't reflect the workload
