-some of the people were alright (until they left)
Cons
- no actual management - no actual scope of Support (they fix everything) - no documentation - little/ to no training - higher ups encourage segregation between departments ( I was told not to talk to people sitting 15 feet away) - an OBVIOUS difference in treatment between Salaried and Hourly employees - very little PTO Accrual (lowest rate I have seen) - WAY WAY WAY to Understaffed for as many users / devices are supported - Company meeting made all departments require certifications to keep their jobs (out of pocket - When ask about pay raises for said certifications got laughed at) - When people are hired they are often either over qualified and don't last or have completely NO qualifications which makes everyone's jobs harder. - Retention Rate - Worst I have seen period. (I saw probably 1/3 of the company walk out over the course of a year.
