Working at Knowmore Legal can be a challenging experience (depending on lucky you are being paired with right team mates at the right time) While the organisation’s mission and client focus are deeply meaningful, there is limited support for staff behind the scenes. Communication is often feel unclear, and at times, staff wellbeing does not seem to be a priority. With the right changes, Knowmore could truly reflect the values it promotes to the community — compassion, respect, and care — not only for clients, but for staff as well.
