      1-lack of professional ethics, not able to meet the offers before joining 2-there is no resources for other vlsi domain eg DV, AMS, physical design (except analog layout) 3-mostly freshers inexperienced people 4-founders have master slave ego, hence experienced professional tends to leave

      They hire you easily so they one of the owner who likes to fire can fire you

      Cons

      No learning..no job security ...no policy for employees...they call on sat also and cut salary(which is less than a minimum day wage)if you don't come.Very bad behaviour of the manager only likes to fire people.very much egoistic person.They treat you as a slave.
