Great coworkers, awesome client teams, flexible work schedule, and centrally located office.

The office was often empty with folks traveling for work, not a lot of room for advancement, pay was decent, not great. The company was missing the mid level employee culture, there was plenty of senior management and plenty of junior employees, but no true middle area to get from A to B.
