You learn a lot if you are entry level, as you are thrown to do job that doesn't fit your job title.

Lack of organisation, you barely ever have something written to now what to do. Environment can become toxic quite easily from management. Bad building conditions. EXTREMELY low salary!! Hybrid but no flexibility with remote days. Most of the project die before production. Ancient infrastructure (e.g. 480p VGA Screens). Unclear roles, with upper layers know, almost, nothing about programming.

They hire mostly young people so the vibe and working environment is very good. Not much stress. Supportive to your work.

Not good compensation. Slow progress.
