Pros
I love working at Magier because it’s a place where I can keep growing and learning as a designer. I love what I do, and getting to create every day gives me a real sense of accomplishment. I really appreciate this company for giving me the opportunity to do so. Every day brings new challenges, and there’s always something exciting to work on. With such diverse range of clients, the job never feels repetitive or dull. The team is super supportive and friendly. Even though we work remotely, Magier has managed to create a fun and welcoming culture that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable (Big shoutout to our art director!) Our bosses lead by example with their dedication and work ethic, which keeps me motivated to do my best as part of the team. They're inspiring! Highly recommend—great people, great work, and never a boring day! 🚀
Cons
While working at Magier is an amazing experience, one challenge can be the fast-paced environment and the variety of client projects, which sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. Maintaining high standards while meeting tight deadlines doesn’t always go hand-in-hand, and it’s easy to feel the pressure to deliver perfect results all the time. In my case, this has meant sacrificing some personal time to refine my designs, which I don’t mind most of the time, but it could be a downside for others. Work-life balance can also be tricky to manage, and it’s important to make sure you don’t burn out. That said, the supportive culture at Magier makes these challenges much more manageable. I always feel comfortable voicing my concerns when work starts piling up, and the team is always there to help.
