The people are friendly and mostly down to earth. There are many employees and I think they do a good job of making you feel a part of the company. The pay is about average if not a little better based on how you negotiated your employment.
Expenses are easy to handle,
Cons
I have worked at MaxIt for over a year and the first year I got amazing bonuses but I worked many hours for the client. Since the new structure and influx of huge corporate America, things have changed a little. If I work the exact same hours as last year I get half of the bonus I did last year. If I don't take a vacation I get much more.
THe new time off accruement is ridiculously complex.
There is also no annual merit raise.
Travel agency they use is poor.
