Pros
- flexible working hours - upper management constantly working on and seeking to improve the business - in general constant tries and talks to improve things, across every department - home office/remote work possible - the majority of hired employees are really nice and good people
Cons
- poor choice of middle-ranking managers, lacking interpersonal skills & empathy - one of the hr managers acts pretty sexist in my opinion (which is really the worst position you could put a person like that in) - most of the competent people in project management have quit over the past few years and no seniors have been hired to fill the empty positions, so in project management there's mostly juniors with lack of experience and knowledge - extremely strict time tracking, every single minute has to be tracked - really poor way of firing people, lousy communication (which would not happen with rather competent managers, I suppose)
