Very flexible working hours, and hugely understanding of interns/university students that have other commitments. Everyone is friendly and highly intelligent. This is not to say you must know everything to start working here, in fact, they encourage any questions, and you can be sure you will get a good answer. Less than 10 employees, and so it is more than likely you can work in your preferred area of analogue RF IC design (antenna, mixer, PA, LO etc). I highly recommend.

It is genuinely hard to find anything.

There is not much interaction with other engineers as an intern if you're not learning from them.
