Enthusiastic learning - Creative Operations Manager mindframes media Employee Review

Good creative environment with strong learning opportunities. I worked at Mindframes Media for around 18 months as a Senior Photographer, coming from a visual communication background. The team is strong across photography, editing, creative production, design, and post-production. I got to work on a wide variety of projects, from corporate and industrial shoots to D2C brand content, product campaigns, and creative videos. There is a lot of creative freedom, good mentorship, and structured internal systems. I also got the opportunity to learn videography here, even though I had very limited experience with it when I joined.

The workload can sometimes be demanding, especially when multiple projects are running together. Timelines can be tight, and the quality expectations are consistently high, so it may feel intense at times. It is a good place for people who want to learn and grow, but it may not suit someone looking for a very relaxed work environment.

Amazing learning, very good studio space and wide variety of projects.
