One of the benefits I enjoy at mispa is the positive work environment with amazing colleagues. Work mode flexibility is super. Employee development is also a priority, I am able to develop my career seamlessly. Diversity is embraced, I have colleagues from other offices in different parts of the world, and people from different part of the world working together in the office here in Germany. Work-Life balance is good for me at mispa. Good leadership and teamwork experience: I enjoy working with my teammates and I also find them helpful with regards to non-work related activities like settling down and integration.

The management will be providing you training and assist you for certifications. You will get hands-on experience almost right out the gate. If you have the mindset that this is a place to learn the technology, doors will open for you. The employer does care about work-life balance, so the people won’t get burnout.
