Pros
1. Work-Life Balance; mjunction mean it, literally. A work culture which encourages to be happy & give necessary time to families. My father was hospitalised during Apr'20 in the hot time of COVID-19 & Two of the Sr. management level employees (exlcuding my manager who took the 1st initiative) has followed me up to know if any kind of help (including monetary) is required. I had Company Mediclaim which saved my Father & the further help was not required but the initiative is worth mentioning. Being a SAIL-TATA JV, mjunction always try to work with the Vision of TATA Group. 2. Company Benefits i.e. Mediclaim, Transport facility, Online Learning Platform 3. Fixed SAT-SUN Offs..!!!
Cons
1. Scope of Growth for newly hired employees is less as 8-10 years older employees are in the waiting list. 2. Relatively weak Appraisal Process. Hard work mostly gets unnoticed & No strong system/strategy to capture actual efforts while the Set Targets are subject to instances which occurs not so frequently. Example- One of my target was Bidder Engagement. As a task, I used to rigorously follow up the bidders throughout my shift & only 4-5% turned up the next day where Target was like 50%. Now bidders won't participate if you visit them in their home even because in reality only 4-5% of the bidders are actual players, rest of them either not competent enough or not interested. 3. No strong system to capture how long an employee is productive in a day. I have literally seen some of the employees fooling around during office hours. ESPECIALLY after WFH declared. Now considering the Business Model where frequent client visits are required this Productivity Tracking is a challenge, but not Impossible or can be implemented to those who doesn't wok in outdoors. So these are some of the CONS I have observed in my almost 2 years career stretch which directly impacts the Yearly increment which is not so encouraging, trust me..! More to update or rectify over time. :-)
