This company does not invest the time to maintain relationships with their vendors and the well-being of their employees. The contract that I had as a consultant with the Marriott was mismanaged. When my contract ended with Marriott, I had to contact mroads to figure out why my contract had ended. My team wanted to keep me on as an employee prior to the end of my contract. This implies that mroads was not maintaining their relationship with Marriott to ensure that their employees are receiving the attention and care that they need. In addition, this company provides few benefits for their employees (5 days vacation days per year, no matching 401K, etc.). mroads could benefit from cultivating better relationships with their vendors, paying more attention to their employees, and providing better benefits that better align with other consulting companies.
