Cons
- Very high turnover of staff, there are many reasons for this - During interviews, the candidates are told mis-truths regarding technologies the company want to use e.g. Blockchain/Insert other buzzword here - Always switching priorities, even if you are mid-way through the feature - Promises that are never kept - Continual changing of process' because Management can never understand and buy into a process - Sales led company, always chasing the next customer - Emotional blackmail is used "We need to do this to keep food on the employees tables" - Not a transparent company, only transparent about the negatives e.g. We lost another customer because we couldn't deliver features - Overtime without pay is almost expected from management - As soon as you hand in your notice, you are treated very different from there, excluded from everything and forced to work your 3 months notice doing mind numbing tasks even though you could use your skills to help out the team - If management has said something, you can guarantee it will be forgotten about or changed, so many lies. - Management are continuously evaluating individuals performance based on their last mistake/delay in delivering features
