Pros
Pros: -Employee Perks: benefits are stellar, neat programs such as Stand Up Paddle boarding free for employees, free coffee/sodas/snacks all the time... they really take care of their employees! -The Culture: everyone works hard, has a good attitude, and you don't feel like you have people watching your every move. There is a sense of trust and responsibility for all. -The People: friendly, helpful, go-getters, fun! -The Pay: nCino offers lots of opportunity for growth... Coming from a job with a set salary that rarely had minimal (2-3%) raises every few years, it's hard to even compare. -The Product: the nCino product WORKS, it is efficient, and it's something I feel I can proudly represent.
Cons
-Not really a con, but... since it is a start-up company, it was an adjustment for me to comprehend that there isn't any sort of "rule book" I had to follow for everything. When I first started, I wanted some sort of guideline to follow; however, I find it very refreshing to make my own processes and to have that freedom now that I have gotten the swing of things.
