Pros
Everyone’s friendly and welcoming, nice buildings, it was fun when it was a startup. Most of my managers were awesome.
Cons
People are overworked and underpaid. Lack of professional development opportunities, too focused on being flashy and big, they don’t seem to care about retaining top talent. Retention is at an all-time high. Internal Budget and headcount is lacking, putting more work on employees with little pay increase. Also pressuring employees to come back to work in person just because they need to fill the pretty buildings they just spent millions on. They continued with the flashy stuff even after surveying employees asking them if they wanted to come back in person. Nobody does, stop focusing on the material things and pay your employees more. I could have done so much more in my field if I had budget — any budget.
