Management at this company sucks. I seen a new plant manager about every year. The dilbert princple is alive and well here. Operators who knew absolutly nothing were promoted to supervisors, supervising people with more education and experience. I was an absolte joke having people be your boss who lacked the intelectual capacity to even understand what your job function was. You can imagine how flustrating it was being in a situation where a person who was 50 years old and had no real life work experience was bossing people who had been in the industry for 10-20 years.
