Overall, the company culture here was great, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I always felt comfortable reaching out to anyone on my team for help. The team I was on treated me as if I were a new junior software engineer instead of an intern which made me and my work feel valuable. My manager was incredibly helpful for future career advice, and overall life advice.

Interns only work 4 days a week.

mgmt making some sloppy moves recently that is hurting morale. don't seem to care much though. starting to feel like its corporate america where you are just a number. but none of the corporate america benefits like good insurance, 401k match, and good salary.
