Cons

Probably the worst company I can imagine to work for. Changing quota's so they have an excuse not to pay commission, turnover is awful, management team is a revolving door, CEO is even worse. Poor training, poor tools, no marketing, cold call leads, customers dumping the product, poor service, you name it. You won't last long here.

Pros

I liked the people when I worked here (yes, including management). I loved the VisitorTrack software and what it could do for the "right" kind of qualifying business (Qualifying business has to have a website that has cascading URL pages for tracking visitors, not "Flash Only", and a proactive sales team that will make out-bound "warm" sales calls).

Cons

High pressure to just "make dials" (80 - 100/day) and not first qualify potential clients and provide product training (see advice to Management) for better client retention.

Pros

Flexible hours, casual dress, but not much else.

Cons

CEO is a huge douche, office environment depressing, no click-to-dial, no IT admin, poor training, constant turnover, sales staff undervalued and unappreciated, loose equipment all over the office, Outlook constantly malfunctioning, website often down, network often down, poor marketing, and much more. :(
