Pros
Fast paced, good environment for learning rev cycle if you have no experience, but not for the faint of heart.
Cons
Would I ever recommend this company to someone? Absolutely not. Low, non-competitive wages, mediocre health benefits and little to no growth opportunities (unless you work production roles). Please read all the reviews before you make the jump. Most overly positive reviews are completed by senior staff and marketing to bury the negative comments! And often staff are asked to submit reviews for a chance to win expensive prizes like Yeti coolers. Most of these reviews are written by staff employed for less than a year… Looking for a sales job? Don’t work here. Find ANY other sales job. You’re going to grind with no direction, no leadership, no real compensation or bonuses. You’re better off selling anywhere else, literally. Looking for marketing? Pass. Poor leadership, poor support, with no real strategy. Be ready to work outside regular business hours on the regular. This is expected. True testament to the department? They haven’t been able to keep a new employee for more than a year. Client services is no better... Unless you want to work round the clock. It’s a demanding job and employee retention is extremely low in this department. Which leaves other team members to pick up slack, overseeing double the accounts they should be on a regular basis. Live in Crawford cty or lake ozark area? Ask for more money before hiring on. They SEVERELY underpay employees in these areas…because of where you live. It’s the only reason they’ve opened offices in these areas. Cheap labor. Nepotism. Nepotism. Nepotism. If you’re related to the president or the 15 or so related employees, expect to rise up the ladder and earn competitive wages. No family ties? Get ready to guzzle that koolaid and grind with no reward. In the last couple years, this company was purchased by a VC group. They tried to get rid of the president after acquisition but she rounded up all her employed family members to force the board’s hand and keep her as president. Don’t be fooled by the “best places to work” awards…they’re marketing tactics. All companies have issues and no where is perfect. But this place proved to be toxic, unforgiving and disappointing. After four years of dedication, loyalty and constantly giving above and beyond effort…there is nothing to show. Only embarrassment for having worked here for so long with the promise of career advancement and more pay.
