Pros

Working there pushed me into pursuing a different career path.

Cons

Work culture and employment practices are horrendous. If you have any dreams of moving up with your ideas for a better company forget they believe 1000% in nepotism. People are not awarded based on their work and effort but purely on relationship. They want robots they can control in supervisor or management positions no matter how many years of experience you might have had before joining Nimble. Beware of those who worked in the company for a very long time, those are the ones you want to avoid!

Pros

Strong opportunity for growth and exposure to multiple areas of the revenue cycle. Leadership actively works to improve processes, develop tools to ensure our teams have what they need to be successful for our clients. Team members who are self-motivated and adaptable can build a strong skill set quickly. Nimble also has a collaborative environment in many areas, and there are people throughout the organization who genuinely care about doing the right thing for clients and patients.

Cons

At the end of the day, it is still a fast-paced work environment with deadlines and expectations, which may not be for everyone. Like any workplace, there are busy periods and occasional stress, but nothing outside of what should reasonably be expected in the industry.

Pros

They trained the marketing people well, they can sell, and these people have natural skills and talent. Apart from that, nothing more or maybe the office location.

Cons

Huge egos and narcissists run this company! Though everyone can say that their leadership is poor and weak! They're all talk and no action, and the promises made were completely forgotten!! Employees were disrespected, overworked, abused, and get nothing in return! No pay raises, no bonuses, they couldn't even provide good coffee or stock the pantry! Meetings were mostly about management humiliating staff who they think couldn't perform, when in reality we've already been abused and overworked but their expectations were just ridiculously unreasonable!! They don't even provide us the resources and support! If you ask for help, they will tell you of how incapable you are and the next thing you know you're already fired just because of that!
