everything. There is such a lack of support, communication or career growth. The manager is too busy doing a million other things than be able to train and you need to rely on your team... but your team is too busy to help. There are no standards, no expectations and most of all, no help. The reason why I stayed as long as I did is because of the people. Also, annual reviews or reviews (appreciation) are non existent.
