Pros: None. Unfortunately, after thorough reflection, I cannot identify any redeeming qualities or positives about my experience at Omind. From the lack of proper onboarding and support to the toxic work culture and favoritism displayed by senior colleagues and management, there is nothing commendable about this company. It's a regrettable situation where any potential benefits are overshadowed by the numerous shortcomings and negative aspects of the workplace.

As a product developer at Omind, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. From the very beginning, I was thrown into projects without proper onboarding or knowledge transfer (KT). The work culture here is opaque, and communication is abysmal. The most concerning aspect of my time at Omind has been the toxic behavior of my senior colleague. Instead of mentoring and guiding me, she viewed me as a threat and withheld vital information about project visions and goals. Despite presenting viable solutions, I was constantly undermined and dismissed in favor of her ideas. In one particular instance, during a presentation to higher management, both my solution and my senior's were presented. Despite the clear superiority of my proposal, the management opted for hers, seemingly without any consideration for merit. This incident epitomizes the favoritism and lack of meritocracy rampant within the company. Furthermore, the higher management seems to be complicit in perpetuating this toxic environment by consistently siding with my senior, disregarding the contributions of other team members. Overall, my time at Omind has been demoralizing and unproductive. I strongly caution anyone considering a position here to think twice. Unless there are significant changes in leadership and company culture, I cannot recommend Omind as a suitable workplace.
