Pros
* Software work is pretty international so you have a high chance of using this place as a springboard to some place better.
* Occasional online courses paid by company relevant to the work you do.
* Free lunch.
Cons
* Leaders are old, inflexible for change and if you are young, your views are disregarded.
* Women are asked private questions by leadership like "are you planning to get married or have children soon?".
* There is no overtime pay for skilled workers and the leadership thinks unpaid overtime is a performance parameter for RND team.
* Workplace is too loud for Software Engineering. Imagine a big room where 80 people sit half a meter apart and the best part is they all are not working on Software, so sales people , production people , people with different daily agendas create loud noises in different intervals.
* Hiring new people is very badly planned , there is no strategy in place to integrate or bring up new people. People are expected to completely bring up themselves.
