I worked at pediped for almost two years and felt like a valued employee only a handful of times. I was extremely underpaid for the amount of work I was doing, yet they kept piling on projects and tasks without the compensation that should have followed... especially after exceeding expectations. Management is very sexist and no matter how well I seemed to do, it was never enough. I was called stupid & incompetent by a member of management to ANOTHER EMPLOYEE in hearing range of 80% of the staff. They will not respect you or your ideas, and if you have enough guts to point out their short comings, you'll probably be fired. The owners are almost never around, and when they are, they are out of touch with their own company. Don't waste your time.
